This is because fears and phobias are nothing more than thoughts and feelings, which aren’t necessarily based in reality. In hypnosis, you are able to find a very calm place inside of you. When that happens, you take an inner journey right to your fear. You experience it with calmness and confidence. You can then feel that change in your body, which creates calmness in your unconscious. At this point, when you think about your fear, you come at it with ease and confidence. You feel able to do what you had previously been afraid of.
